Our goal is implementation of the NTC LEARNING SYSTEM program in Canada.

This program is based on the research of Prof. Marian Diamond from University of California, Berkeley, which has shown that the number of brain synapses determine the intellectual potential of a child. It has been discovered that parents, due to lack of information, often forbid their children some activities that could develop important brain centers, or allow them some other activities that could actually impair the development of these centers, which are important for learning processes. The NTC learning system promotes special exercises designed do stimulate the formation and the development of new brain synapses.

The program is dedicated to the development of functional thinking, but is also designed to stimulate development of intellectual potential of each child, especially gifted children, which should be seen as the strategic interest of every country.

Primary intention of the NTC Program is the practical implementation of new discoveries from the field of educational neuroscience in classrooms and everyday life. NTC program is currently being conducted in 17 European countries, while in 7 of them it has been also accredited by the Ministry of education.

Ranko Rajović (member of the Mensa International BoD) and Uroš Petrović (President of Mensa Serbia, author of “Riddle Tales” for children, used by Mensa in 15 European countries) are the authors of the program.

Ranko Rajović  is a member of UNICEF, the founder of Mensa in several countries and the co-author of the program NTC learning system, which is based on the use of neurophysiology and pedagogy. Its goal is to use games to appropriately stimulate the development of children. Early childhood is the period when most of the patterns of thinking, deduction and integration are developed and precisely the development of functional thinking is important for the way we think and learn in the rest of our lives.
